The cost of delivery is included in all prices. We do not charge any additional delivery fees.

Please note we deliver our smaller products like grass seed and fertilizer to many areas of Ontario, our bulk products like cubic yards of mulch are only delivered in Durham and Clarington.

If you do order a bulk product delivery to any area outside of Durham or Clarington like Toronto for example your order will be cancelled and refunded minus a $7.50 processing fee. Bulk Products are only available in Durham and Clarington.

Delivery is included to the curb line or driveway for bulk materials like soils and mulches. We required clear unobstructed access to the delivery area. For products like seeds, and fertilizer our delivery driver will place it in your garage, or on the front porch. Sod will be placed on the driveway near the house or garage.

A good guideline to following is 1 Cubic Yard will cover the following depths:

• 1 Inches – 300 – 325 Square Feet
• 2 Inches – 150 – 175 Square Feet
• 3 Inches – 100-125 Square Feet

Deliveries are scheduled shortly after you order. For bulk product deliveries we typically deliver within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed. Once your order is placed we will contact you by the end of the day to set up a delivery day. We do not offer same day delivery but can get an order delivered the next morning most of the time. 

We do not offer set delivery times, this means we will only be able to confirm the day and a time frame for delivery. We will not schedule a delivery at a specific time of the day.

We deliver these items to many areas of Ontario including Toronto up to Barrie, Durham Region, Clarington, most areas of The Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough, Lindsay, North Hubmerland, and most surrounding areas.

Bulk Products
(Yards of Mulch, Soil, Stone)
These products are only available for delivery in Durham Region, and Clarington.

We only offer high quality professional grade products. These are products from suppliers we have used to complete projects for our own landscape clients for years.

These are not the cheap pre bagged products sold at the big box stores.
