Odds N Sods process for installing or replacing sod consists of the following:
- Removal of existing lawn and weeds
- Delivery and spreading of soil amendments where required
- Sod Supply, Delivery and Installation of Fresh Cut Kentucky Blue Grass Sod
- Rolling of sod upon completion
- Application of Starter Fertilizer
- Full site clean-up
- Disposal of all waste and materials
- First watering of lawn
We have completed several hundred sod installations for clients in Durham, GTA, and Kawartha areas. We take on all sized projects from small patch jobs, to large jobs involving aggressive weeds and 1000’s of square feet.
Our work isn’t done once the sod is laid. We will show you how to properly care for your new lawn, and provide you with detailed instructions. What areas do you service?
We offer sod installation and replacement in Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice, and Bowmanville. We are also willing to travel further for larger more complex projects.
How long does it take?
Most of our sod projects are completed within on business day. We are capable of removing an existing lawn, and installing a brand new lawn in less than a day for areas as large as five thousand square feet. Projects larger than five thousand feet may take an extra day.
How much does sod cost?
While every project is different our price typically starts at two dollars per square foot for removing an old lawn and replacing it with a new sod. For the most accurate price please request a quote and we will visit your property to complete a proper estimate.
